Whatever - it's Pico Day
Art: shot.
Animation: it existed - I'll give points for that.
Story: Amusing, but not what I'd call quality.
Overall: mediocre...but not horrible.
Sidenote: Isn't Cassandra a guy?

Chill
Good sprite movie, but needs a few things
As far as the content, I liked it. But there were a few things that could have made this better:
-An ending: you covered this. But it's worth putting the effort into completing this again, so we can better appreciate your talent.
-Subtitles: The ability to choose between Spanish and English would be nice.
-An epilepsy warning: The white flashes could give some people seizures.
But overall, excellent work. This gets a 4 and an 8 from me.
I think someone has a career
Artwork: good quality.
Animation: minimal, but smooth and effective.
Style: solid cartoon goodness. Made me smile.
Storyline: for a twenty-second commercial, very well done. I've certainly seen worse.
Sound: Harry did well by you. Good use of AP music as well.
Overall: 5/5 and 10/10. Add this to your job portfolio.
Awesome
Artwork: good.
Animation: decent; bonus for lip-syncing. Could have been smoother, though.
Style: excellent. The choice of blues and grays gave a special ambience, and the ghosts added a lot to the overall feel of the song.
Story: well done. There was the impression of a rising champion throughout, and a feeling of harsh injustice at the end.
Song: good choice. I'll have to look up more by Heather Dale; I'm a sucker for Gaelic music. :)
Overall: 5/5 and 9/10, and a new addition to my favorites collection.
Enjoyed it
Ten for artwork and animation, but minus two for a rather cheesy storyline. I know, everyone else laughed their head off at the end, but it just didn't work for me. Still, good job. I give it a 4 and 8, and I wouldn't mind seeing more of this style in the future.
Not bad at all for a first submission. Keep 'em coming!
Funny, but...
As far as content, it wasn't half bad. I actually found myself smiling a little. But as is always the issue with movies on Newgrounds, it was horribly pixelated, and the audio was far too quiet. You might want to play around with that and see if you can fix any of the problems.
Thanks for the review.
I played with the audio for months to be honest. This was the best that I could get it, but I totally understand what you mean.

First try, okay
Perfectly understandable that you made it short. Try making storyboards for longer projects; plotlines are much more manageable that way. Even you don't make another animation for a year, get some practice drawing in Flash (and on paper) to improve your skills. Make sure you take advantage of the Lessons provided within the Flash program, if you haven't already; you can find it in the Help menu.
Not a bad start. Keep working on your skills, and don't join a crew.
thanks. I'm definitely gonna write some storyboards in the future. I'll add scripts and dialogue. Like I said, this was just kind of a trial and error but it turned out better than I would have thought. Future flashes will totally be longer with plots and voices. Better stuff overall, but thanks for the review and I won't join a single crew.
It was okay for a start
Suggestion: come back in five years, with better drawing skills, some actual animation, and better audio recording equipment (and a deeper voice :P). Do the exact same thing you did here, but up the ante with your newfound Flash-making powers, and blow this one out of the water with its replacement. With enough practice, this just might make it to front page. (And then Tom will give you money!)
yer but i dont really care
